Madelynn Welch

Madelynn Welch is a highly versatile dancer with a deep passion for her craft. She began her dance training at the age of 10 and musical theatre training at 13. This experience deepened her understanding of performance, character work, and storytelling - skills that enhanced her dancing and choreography. She returned to dance through her high school years and was a founding member of Lubbock Cooper’s dance team. She graduated in 2025 with a BFA in Dance from West Texas A&M University. During her time at WT she performed in numerous productions, worked with guest artists, and expanded her choreographic voice. Madelynn plans to pursue a graduate degree in dance with the goal of becoming a professor and inspiring the next generation of artists.
